Man I love ringy snares! They create length, depth and musicality in a drum sound.
 
I'm often creating a ringy drum sound in my productions, and I always take drum samples during tracking. So here's a collection of 8 of my favourite snare drum samples captured over the past year.

These samples were recorded at my studio, The Chairworks, through an SSL G+ console with Neve, API, SSL and Great River preamps and enough SSL EQ to get you close to the finish line without painting you into a corner. 

The samples are in .TCI format for Slate Trigger, with a ten velocity round robin and come as Snare Top, Bottom, Overheads and Room configurations.
